I received this product within the time estimated. (A little over one week). It came with all the parts except for the band piece, which is not a crucual piece but nice to have. I was able to put the chair together by myself which was an accomplishment. (I'm a woman with not alot of knowledge with putting things together) But the directions seemed straight forward enough. It took me a little under 2 hours. There are two things that I regret and they are 1)I wish it were a full twin! Its only a jr twin and I thought it was a full twin. So now I have to purchase a foot stool to get the length. 2) I had to purchase the mattress separately, Also a bummer.Because after looking further I could have purchased a full twin W/ MATTESS!Oh well... Now for the positive. After putting the chair together I sat and was amazed at the comfort and the chairn really looks good. So if the company is listening Make a full twin!!! All in all I would rate this purchase An 8! Which is pretty high on my list. The chair looks good and is very comfortable with the mattress that Amazon suggested (GREAT CHOICE!!) I guess I can still call this purchase a winner.

This is the perfect size for the compact space in my office. My grandkids will be using it when they stay over. It was easy to assemble with the help of my daughter. I like the quality and ease to open and close the bed. One word to the wise. Order the best mattress you can afford. Nothing worse than a great futon with a cheap mattress.

My husband and I assembled this in a relatively short amount of time (and I'm 8 months pregnant). We use it as a sofa/guest bed in our very small office. It is a stylish frame and of good quality. It surpassed my expectations of a futon which was primarily based on experiences with cheap college furniture. I would definitely recommend this if you do not have enough room for a traditional mattress bed.
